When confirmation of the order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping costs are the following:
£1 – £49.99 order value: £2.95
£50 – £79.99 order value: £4.95
£80 and above: free UK shipping
RapidLaser has a £14.95 weight and bulk surcharge.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to ship your order to you within one business day.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT Charges

All UK customer orders are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Credit Card Security

The Credit Card payment gateway is provided by Opayo/SagePay. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website and are not retained by us.

Returns Policy

Distance Selling Regulations give UK customers the right to return any goods for a refund if they are not satisfied.
You must inform us in writing within 14 days & return the goods to us within 28 days. (Does not apply to B2B transactions!) The goods must be unused and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of goods specially ordered or modified.
We do not accept goods for return which have been specially ordered unless faulty.
N.B. We will not be liable for the cost of returning goods & it is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of delivery if necessary.
